A.L.M.S. Network
Overview
The Apostle Leaders Ministerial Society (A.L.M.S.)
is an apostolic network of like-minded ministers, ministries,
and ascension gift ministry leaders. A ministry that is “Called
to All Nations” A.L.M.S., is designed to provide apostolic
covering and pastoral development to leaders, ministers, and
ministries. Our heart is to help them to develop more effective,
efficient, and excellent lives and ministries. We use both New &
Old Covenant patterns of apostolic relationship and development
that promotes the idea of local, sovereign, indigenous works. We
believe that ministries are lead by leaders who are the vision
bearers of the local ministry and not by headquarters offices.
Our function is to provide both a leader and ministries with
leadership they can call on, whose desire is to serve them
instead of trying to control what they do. Each maintains their
local sovereignty, property, and control. We further seek to
network ministers, ministries, churches, and ascension gift
ministry leaders into relationships for the purpose of personal
and corporate fellowship, growth, development, ministry, world
harvest and kingdom building. The A.L.M.S. network provides
ministry to the leader and ministry while protecting unique
individuality and autonomy.
Ministry Credentials
A.L.M.S. offers affiliation and association on three levels:
- Kingdom Business Associate - for Believer business
leaders who desire access to resources, training, and
relationships that will facilitate their development as a
leader and affect global harvest efforts. The kingdom can do
nothing without resources.
- Ministry Affiliate - for those ministers, ministries,
and churches who seek networking, fellowship, ministry
development, and access to development resources without
spiritual covering.
- Covenant Partner - for leaders, ministers, ministries,
and churches wishing to voluntarily unite in covenant
relationship according to New Testament apostolic pattern
for the purpose of and in answer to the need for personal
and/or ministry spiritual covering. They desire
interdependent relationships, personal accountability,
ministry accountability, ministry credentials and
chartering, and apostolic coaching.
The Process
Affiliation and Partnership process
- Ministry Affiliate or Kingdom Businesses must
complete an application (Ministry Association
Application) or submit a letter of intent to become a
Ministry Affiliate or Kingdom Business Associate.
- Covenant Members will need to submit an Application
for Covenant Partnership (Ministry Registration
Application) and an Application for Credentials along
with a signed A.L.M.S. Covenant Form.
The Credentials Process
- An application for credentials is completed by the
candidate and includes all supporting material.
- The application is given to the A.L.M.S. minister or
official who will sponsor and endorse the candidate or
send to the main office for sponsorship.
- The sponsor will attach a letter of sponsorship and
recommendation that includes the category of credentials
recommended (certified minister, licensed, or ordained).
The sponsor will then forward the application and
endorsement to the A.L.M.S. office.
- The application and sponsorship will be reviewed by
administration and forwarded to the A.L.M.S. Overseer
for consultation with the presbytery.
- Interviews of applicants and ministries may be
conducted at the discretion of the presbytery along with
an on-site visit.
- Once endorsed by the presbytery, the candidate will
be notified of the endorsement or the status of the
credentials. Credentials will be given through the
laying on of hands in a local church or at an A.L.M.S.
ministry event as soon as possible after the
endorsement.

involvement, fellowship gatherings, youth programs, and
other ministries as made available.
- Consultation- Access to insights, strategies for more
effective ministry, problem solving guidance, confirmation
and input in the way God is leading you.
- Continuing Education- Personal continual growth in
ministry and leadership skills. Access to training and
resources that will help to develop both you as a leader as
well as your ministry or business.
Affiliate and Business Associates
receive:
- Quarterly newsletters from A.L.M.S.
- Free resources from time to time including books,
audio series, training courses, etc. designed to develop
both the individual and the ministry or business.
- Announcements and invitations to A.L.M.S. sponsored
events.
- Access to resources at a 10% discount.
The benefits of Covenant Relationship with Apostolic Leaders
Ministerial Society (A.L.M.S.):
- Corporate Fellowship - Fellowship and relationship with
others of like faith while maintaining local ministry
sovereignty and control. Opportunity for corporate missions
involvement, fellowship gatherings, youth programs, and
other ministries.
- Connection - Relationship with those who will affirm you
without trying to control you, help you without trying to
dictate you, release but not reign over you. You know your
calling and anointing; connection provides confirmation and
affirmation from others in ministry.
- Consultation - You have access to insights, strategies
for more effective ministry, problem solving guidance,
confirmation and input in the way God is leading you. You
have others to call on for input.
- Covering - You have the protection, credibility, and
affirmation of relational accountability without being
controlled or put in a box. There is no longer a feeling of
“standing alone” or being isolated. Nor, is there a feeling
of losing your identity or uniqueness and ability to
minister, as the Lord should lead. You and your ministry are
under a corporate prayer covering.
- Counsel - Access to those who can help strengthen
your personal life and ministry by imparting life, gifts,
confirmation, revelation, building the man or woman inside
the ministry.
- Care - Encouragement, edification, affirmation, and
love. You are able to share your victories and tragedies,
disappointments and discoveries with someone who
understands. Sharing without fear of judgment, criticism, or
rejection.
- Continuing Education - Personal continual growth in
ministry and leadership skills. Access to training and
apostolic influence in your local church by those you can
trust and depend upon. Assistance and guidance in developing
and progressing in the vision the Lord has given you for
your personal life and ministry.
Covenant Partners receive:
- Quarterly newsletters from A.L.M.S., SFMI and other
affiliate ministries.
- Free resources throughout the year including books,
audio series, training courses, etc. designed to develop
both the individual and the ministry or business.
- Announcements, invitations and priority registration
to A.L.M.S. sponsored events.
- Access to resources at a 20% - 50% discount.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of Affiliate and Kingdom Business
Associates of A.L.M.S.:
- A personal life, ministry and/or business that is
clearly established on the character of Christ, a clear
vision and purpose, and the Biblical mandate to reconcile
people to God.
- A stated desire for active partnership and participation
as an affiliate of Business member through a letter of
request or application.
- A $40 annual fee paid with application and renewed
annually.
The responsibilities of Covenant Partners with A.L.M.S.:
- A ministry that is clearly established on the character
of Christ, a clear vision and purpose, and the Biblical
mandate to reconcile people to God.
- A clear vision statement of God’s purpose for the
ministry and a clear statement of belief/faith along with an
application for credentials.
- A stated desire, by application, for active partnership
and participation with A.L.M.S. and other ministers and
ministries in personal ministerial relationships and in
spreading the Gospel to all nations and cultures.
- A ministry leadership structure that expresses team
ministry mentality with a clearly designated senior leader.
- A system of financial management in ministry adhering to
the highest standards of financial responsibility.
- A commitment to relationship, partnership, and
responsibility to A.L.M.S. under the apostolic leadership of
Apostle B. Alexander Ingram.
- A commitment of regular financial support to the
ministry of A.L.M.S.
